The Arapahoe Library District was established in April 1966 to provide public library service to all residents of Arapahoe County, except those living in the cities of Littleton, Englewood and Aurora. Residents of these cities are served by libraries established prior to 1966 that are funded and maintained by their respective city governments.

The Arapahoe Library District operates eight branch libraries, an Outreach Service that provides mobile library services, and a library at the County Detention Center, funded by the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department.

Robust Features

Arapahoe Library District is a public library system, serving more than 200,000 residents living in Arapahoe County. They first purchased EBS’ Web Time Sheet product. It was used for employees to record their hours worked, as well as for online time sheet approval by supervisors. They were so satisfied, that they decided to investigate the new time and attendance system which had become available from EBS. The fact that the new system was integrated with their Abra Payroll system was particularly appealing to them.

The Solution

Arapahoe Library District has been using the EBS time and attendance system with Abra. The new Web Time Sheet product has many new features that they have been able to take advantage of. Arapahoe Library District has about 332 employees, working in various shifts. The new EBSTime system has really simplified the tracking of all time and attendance by facilitating the way to go about setting up the company rules and policies. They are extremely happy with the new EBSTime system for time and attendance.
