Requirement:

Jones Waldo first purchased EBS Punch from Employee Based Systems. The punch application was used by about 20 employees to record their hours worked. Having been pleased with the Punch applications, they decided to investigate the rest of the modules in the EBS time and attendance system.

This interest was prompted by the fact that Jones Waldo already had a time attendance system in place, but it took nearly a full week of someone’s time to transfer employees worked hours data into their payroll system. It was decided that a more efficient system would better serve the firm.

Seamless Integration:

According to Easter Farnsworth, integration with their existing Abra Payroll software was paramount. “EBSTime had seamless integration with Abra and once the implementation was done they found that it’s easy to use and they could easily import data into their current payroll system.”
