Challenge:

We want our customers to be satisfied with the kind of products and services we provide, which solely depends on our employees dedicated work for the organization. We therefore keep track of employees worked hours. We were manually entering all employees worked hours and PTO hours into our payroll software, which took us about 3 days. We have about 275 employees and managing all time records manually isn’t an easy job. This enforced us to look for a change in our time keeping system.

Solution:

At that point we were looking for an automated time keeping system. We came across Dino Mancinelli from Software Marketing Solutions, who did our Sage ABRA implementation for us. He recommended Employee Based Systems’ EBSTime Suite for Time and Attendance Management, and assured us that it would be the perfect solution for our automated time entry.

Efficiency:

EBSTime’s bi-directional real time transfer of information has provided easy integration with our ABRA software. Also the Multi-Level Approval feature allows supervisors and payroll managers to approve employees' time sheets at their respective levels. This cross-checking at various levels eliminated the chances of errors and gave us greater accuracy in payroll processing.
